Hello 5/6 families,

Here are a few interesting pieces of information.

Wednesday, November 11 - this is a SCHOOL HOLIDAY!  Enjoy the day off and with your kids!

Friday, November 13 - this is our FUN RUN here at school.  5/6 will be running from 12:30-1:30 pm. You can still make a donation in your child's name.  Each classroom has a name for their foundation class.  My class voted on the "Speedy Duckies".  It was a democratic election.

I am accepting applications for the GREEN TEAM here on campus.  Students will have a 1X a month meeting before school.  They will be able to pick one day out of the week where they can help out from 3:00 - 3:15 pm here on campus.  It is a great way for students to get in service hours and give back to our school.

Thanksgiving is in two weeks.  Students have Thursday 11/26 and Friday 11/27 off that week.
